At Apothecary 87, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming essentials; if you are not completely happy, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to the Man Cave

  Send your package via a tracked postal service to our warehouse address; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
